People! Educate yourselves and your loved ones. Please do not assume that if the product is approved by FDA it is safe. Almost every day you hear that food or drug that is FDA approved been banned. So my suggestion is ppllease  do not by processed food like bleached flower or refined sugar or bread made with bleached flower.

“It’s illegal to use the chemical as a food additive in the European Union, India, Nepal, Canada, Brazil and Japan. Other ingredients that are allowed in American food but not in other countries include certain artificial colors and additives to flour.”

Prescription drugs

Educate yourself.

“FDA’s mission is first and foremost to protect public health by ensuring that foods are safe and properly labeled,” the agency said in a statement, contending that science-based implementation of federal law has helped make the U.S. food supply “the safest in the world.” Really?!
The companies are not required to show the FDA their reasoning or even to notify the agency before using the ingredient. The agency can ask to see the research and investigate if health issues emerge later. Which means that FDA will approve the ingredient but may unapprove it is later on after people test it on themselves and the product makes people sick. Nice approach using people as Ginny pigs!  Manufacturer claims that there is a very small amount added in drinks and food.

The problem is that it is not just one type drink of food item. BVO and many other additives added in many products we eat or drink. We don’t know how many. And this is the crucial point: we do not know what we consume. We do not know why is there an autism epidemic. We do not know why are there so many kids with allergies and asthma. We don’t know why there are increases in cancer. We do not have this knowledge yet,

So you need to educate yourself. No doctor or dietitian will help.

Here are some suggestions:

Drink water if you are thirsty. Not bottled water – filtered water.

If you cannot pronounce the ingredients – don’t eat it!

Eat your juices. Fiber in fruits and vegetables is important for your body.

Healthy habits not medicine.

Doctors use it but not their patients.

Eat red meat once a week, fish once or twice, chicken once a week.

Use quality supplements.

Use deodorants only on special occasions.

If you can shower every other day -not every day.

Exercise !

Learn  how to cope with stress.

Enjoy family and friends.

And remember: doctors are not here to keep your healthy. Doctors are here to help you if something happened to you.

So stay healthy and don’t relay on doctors too much.

Exercise daily but don’t overdo it. 3 Times a week not more than hour at a time

Get at least 7 hrs of sleep. 8 hrs is optimum.

Stress

Be happy!

Have a right attitude handling stress.  Meditate. Most of your worries never materialize. The past is goan. So live in the present and be happy.

Drink enough water but do not overdo it. Don’t force yourself to drink if you are not thirsty. And forget the sodas.

Enjoy company of good friends. Having good times with your friend beats going to doctors.

Wine in moderation
Good wine with friends.

Family life and good family relations we need it by design.

Good sex is great for life expectancy.

Don’t diet. Unless you are really sick.

Eat everything in moderation. Read the labels. Educate yourself on the ingredients.

DO NOT WATCH TV DRUGS COMMERCIALS.

Fresh strawberries

Life is good!

Watch what you use on your skin. Many skin care products contain harmful ingredients.

Use good quality vitamins and supplements

Flu season is coming

Flu sucks!

The United States recommends more vaccines than any country in world. The CDC recommends 48 doses of 14 vaccines by age six, and 69 doses of 16 vaccines by age 18. The CDC also recommends an annual flu shot for all Americans from six months of age through year of death.

There is accumulating evidence that dramatically increasing the numbers of vaccinations our children get has made vaccine makers richer, while America’s children are moving in the opposite direction of health — statistics show they are actually getting sicker…

During the past 30 years, the number of vaccinations our children receive has tripled, and during that same period of time, the number of children with learning disabilities, ADHD, asthma and diabetes has also more than tripled!

It has been alleged that the 2009 pandemic H1N1 swine flu vaccine is much more deadly than the swine flu itself. In 2010 Australia temporarily banned use of seasonal influenza vaccine containing the pandemic H1N1 strain for children under the age of five after 99 children were admitted to the hospital with convulsions after receiving the shot!

A 2007 report entitled “Pipeline and Commercial Insight: Pediatric and Adolescent Vaccines,” written by vaccine analyst Hedwig Kresse about the future of vaccine profits. American government admitted that the H1N1 vaccine side effects included a deadly nerve disease, Guillain-Barre Syndrome.
